Hello, I think it's possible, I'll go and check, but there are cheaper models with the functions you need.

The flap has a mechanical rotary knob with 4 positions. This allows it to be set as a 4-way flap. Unfortunately, the instructions do not describe how to deactivate the hooks of the electric locking mechanism. It may work if you remove the batteries when the hooks are down and the flap is therefore free. Perhaps someone can check this and comment here.
