Microchip Cat Flap
In our house, the neighbour's cat got in through this microchip-secured door during the night, but never got out! How can that happen? Luckily it was the middle of the night and we were able to free her. If we hadn't been there, apart from the fight with our cat, I don't know how it would have ended!
There is an "intruder" mode that can be activated. Then a cat can get in but cannot get out (must be chipped). So you can catch it and throw it out :D
Yes, if the neighbour's cat is fast enough, this can happen
so until it locks, I was going to say
The only possibility - in my opinion - is if the cats go through the flap very close to each other. In our case, it takes about 1.5 seconds after contact with the chip until the flap closes again.
