Question about SureFlap Connect
Hello, with the hub, is it possible to ensure that the exit to the outside is free? My cat is being chased by another cat that enters after it, before the flap closes, and I'd like it to be able to go out again...

No, unfortunately this is not possible with this flap. The flap only unlocks from the outside when a chip is recognised. One solution would be to scan the chip of the other cat and only allow it to go outside.
As has already been written, this does not work with the standard settings.
From recent experience, however, I would contact the manufacturer's support for a Connect product. They were able to solve some problems 'on air' with my automatic feeder. This could also be the case with the cat flap.
Simply send an email in German and a day later (probably Laura) will reply back in DE.
