The pure MSM powder from Paws and Patch is suitable as a daily BARF or food supplement. MSM stands for Methylsulfonylmethane and is also referred to as organically bound sulfur due to its connection to hydrocarbons. Sulfur is ubiquitous in the body and is involved in numerous metabolic processes.

Feeding Recommendation:

Mix the MSM powder into the food daily. Provide fresh drinking water additionally. For dry food, the powder can be mixed with a little water or oil. The powder can be given as a course or as a permanent supplement. When feeding for the first time, gradually acclimate the animal to the powder. If there is an increased need, the daily dose can be increased. 1 level teaspoon (TL) is approximately 2g.

Feeding recommendation per animal per day:

• Dogs: 1 g per 10 kg body weight
• Cats: 0.5 g
• Horses: 10 - 20 g per large horse (600 kg). Adjust accordingly for ponies and small horses based on body weight.
