Product details

The unique Lyra Power clumping silicone crystals consist of 100% silica gel, oxygen and water. Silica gel is made from quartz sand and is a chemically and biologically inactive substance. This cat litter is not harmful to your cat, even if it is swallowed. Every time your cat uses the litter tray, the wetness is absorbed within seconds by the individual multi-porous granules. The silicate remains dry and prevents the formation of bacteria. The Lyra Power clumping silicone granules neutralise the smell of solid waste and do not increase in size when liquids are absorbed. Absorbed liquid later evaporates without odour. Lyra Power clumping silica gel disintegrates back into sand form on contact with air and water if stored outdoors for longer than six months. The clumping cat litter is designed to form solid clumps on contact with urine. These clumps can be easily removed, which makes cleaning the litter tray easier and reduces unpleasant odours. Using clumping cat litter can also help to reduce overall litter consumption as only the clumps need to be removed rather than replacing all the litter.
