Unfortunately, my bulbs flicker again and again. Mostly only at 100% brightness, but sometimes also at a lower brightness. Does anyone have an idea what can be done?

Good evening
This happens quite often with LED bulbs.
How do you dim the bulb? (via a conventional dimmer, via wifi/app, etc.)
