Regarding time switching, I wonder how the lamp knows what time it is or in which time zone it is installed? I want to install two lamps in my holiday home abroad, but the mobile phone I use to control the lamp is in Switzerland. When I open the app on the mobile phone, will the Swiss time be used? Should receive the time zone from the wifi in which the bulb is located.
I once had no internet at home and the bulb did not switch on. 
The best thing is to send an email to support, they write back quickly. I also had problems with the time setting and received updates within a week.
