Question about Gingko smart book

Is it bright enough to read a book with? I need an LED lamp that I can put on the back of the sofa behind my head and shine light on my book when I want to read.

Yes, it is bright enough if it is not too far away. The back of the sofa behind your head should be fine. It is not radiantly bright, not 100 watts. But it doesn't dazzle either. I use it as a bedside lamp (also for reading) and it's perfect! and decorative...
