Can I control two of these Hue Being Basis BT via one dimmer with the same settings per lamp (consciously without the bridge)?

As far as I know, Bluetooth control is only possible via the app. However, here you have the option of controlling up to 10 lamps. For control via dimmer, you need a bridge again.
