Violan Seat cushion

Violan seat cushion square. For the first time, Metz Textil & Design is breaking with its own tradition – but the company from Aschau am Inn does so firstly for good innovative reasons and secondly with the best green conscience: instead of real wool felt, Metz Textil & Design relies on »Violan«, a purely vegetable felt developed over many years of research and development. The material feels just as good as soft merino wool felt, but consists of plant residues and wood fibres. The felt is used as a seat cushion in two layers with a decorative stitch, so that the cushion can be used on both sides. Equipped with a padded inner lining, the pillow has a good grip, but can therefore only be cleaned by hand at 30 °C. The pads can be cleaned by hand at 30 °C. In square form, the formidable seat cushion adapts to many Bänken, Stühlen and stools.
