Ridi LED gear tray

LED gear tray made of extruded aluminium profile, white powder-coated with enlarged light emission surface. RIDI LED linear modules fitted with mid-power LEDs for maximum efficiency. The SELV-compliant circuit boards are fully pressed onto the aluminium profile for optimum heat dissipation. The solder joints of the LED modules are tested according to the strictest quality standards with regard to void formation and stability in the event of vibration and twisting. No thermal coupling between LED modules and converter. Lifetime L80B50 at 50,000h. Longitudinal glare control through opal, UV-resistant PMMA disc. End caps made of thermoplastic for protection class up to IP54. Optional factory-fitted clear disc for easy removal of dirt deposits on the underside (protection rating IP40). Spring steel clip for fastening the gear tray in the VLTM mounting rail. Together with the VLTM trunking for the production of modular and variable continuous rows with IP20 and IP54 protection. The gear trays can be mounted anywhere on the trunking. Electrical adapter for flexible tapping of the power supply in the trunking with automatically contacted protective conductor. Phase selection via sliding contact. Colour and optical coding for easy installation. Mechanical coding to prevent incorrect installation (anti-twist protection). In the case of variably positioned gear trays and the coincidence of operating device and mounting rail connector, installation is only possible with the mounting rail connector VLTV ...-600. An integrated, flexible resistor (ResFlex) can be used to set 10 different resistances and therefore 10 different luminous fluxes for the luminaire (factory setting: maximum luminous flux).
