High wedge pillow that introduces other problems...

The most effective solution would be an adjustable bed. If you are looking for a cheaper solution this might be it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . The wedge pillow is firm, retains its shape, and is at a high angle (good and bad).
    Negatives:
I can't figure out how to not roll off/down the pillow during the night.

    Pro

    • Firm
    • Retains shape

    Contra

    • Too high
    • Easy to roll off it
    • Incline is rather high

I've only had the cushion for a week, but I'm very happy with it.

I am very happy with the pillow so far. The sleeping position takes some getting used to at first as the pillow is a bit high. But you soon get used to it. I wouldn't want to be without it now.

    Pro

    • No more reflux so far.
    • Supports the back
    • Can breathe better due to the higher position

    Contra

    • Warm
