Hello Raphael - use countersunk wood screws - approx. 5-6 cm - diameter 3-4 mm. Unfortunately, the instructions for screwing together are poor, and there are no pre-drilled holes or the like. Make sure that the bar on the bottle head side is higher - so don't screw them symmetrically or the wrong ones will be upside down! It cost me 2 good bottles of wine ...

Hello DottiDotter I have the shelf in the basement and I am satisfied. Sure, it's not a luxury item, but it's stable and the price/performance ratio is right... I would buy it again. As far as I know, this exact shelf is not available here in a larger size. But many alternatives if you are looking for a wine rack :-)
