Questions about Paulmann MaxLED Connector

The product is a connecting cable (flex connector) for extending or bridging distances of up to one metre between LED strands. It is not designed to be connected directly to the power supply unit before the first LED string is connected. The cable serves as a connection between LED strands, not as a direct power supply connection. You should therefore connect the LED string first and then use the connection cable.

Having now received them I can confirm that they ARE NOT compatible with Aqara light strips as the pins are more widely spaced. Shame as I can't find a similar connector for the strips I have.

It is "only" a connecting cable and does not light up at all

In many online shops, the product dimensions are recorded with automatic software. With a lot of information, one wonders whether this can be correct at all (even outside Galaxus/Digitec). So you can't cut the connecting cable. You can cut or shorten the LED strips. But LED strips are a different product.
