It has an integrated pump. Both inflation and deflation work well with it.
With mine, only a little air disappears at a time, i.e. it is no longer quite as hard as it was at the beginning. We pump a little more every 1-2 days. If the loss is substantial, I would rather suspect a defect.
Unfortunately, already defective after two uses.

Yes, this is possible, it is also described in the manual.
The bed can also be used in the garden. However, it should be protected against foreign bodies on the ground and not be used as a trampoline.
