Form dining room series. Scandinavian design modernly realized for the dining room or kitchen: Simon Legald designs innovative dining furniture for the Danish manufacturer Normann Copenhagen with an unusual construction. Despite the combination of different materials, the chair, armchair, and table appear as if they are made from a single piece: the round rod legs transition almost seamlessly into the seat shell or tabletop, fitting snugly into the molded plastic or aluminum sleeves.

Form bar stool with metal frame. The seat shells are seamlessly molded from plastic in a single process, and the varying material thicknesses provide stability or flexibility precisely where it is ergonomically needed. The subtly indicated backrest greatly aids in sitting securely on the elevated stool. The cross braces of the metal legs not only ensure stable seating but also serve as a footrest. Normann Copenhagen offers the innovative bar stool with a shiny golden metal frame in two selectable heights.

Awarded the German Design Award 2016 Special Mention and the iF Product Design Award 2016.
