Normann Copenhagen Form

Simon Legald designed Form for Normann Copenhagen with the aim of creating a chair as if from a single mould, in which the seat and frame form a single unit. To achieve this seamless, integrated look, a new and innovative solution was developed to connect the seat to the legs. The pre-formed seat shell and the frame in oak, walnut or steel are easily connected with each other using a unique plug-in system. The seat made of hard plastic meets elegantly with the legs made of wood or steel, emphasizing the high quality craftsmanship and reduction of Scandinavian furniture design.
