Normann Copenhagen Bell

Bell combines a robust exterior with a simple design. Its industrial but friendly shape is suitable for both domestic and professional environments. Designers Andreas Lund and Jacob Rudbeck have taken the iconic shape of a bell as the starting point for their work. With its smooth, rounded surface, the lamp looks as if it has been moulded. The white inside of the lampshade reflects the light, which then emits conical and practical light to its surroundings. With Bell, designers Andreas Lund and Jacob Rudbeck have created a lamp that thematises the interface between cable and shade. The contrasting materials result in a modern appearance. The cable of the grey and sand-coloured version contrasts with the lampshade. In contrast, the lampshade and cable of the white and black versions are kept in the same colours. The material was chosen on purpose, as the soft aluminium matches the soft rubber perfectly and leaves the viewer with an impressively clear and minimalist feel.
