Renee Mennen and Stefanie van Keijsteren founded the Dutch design studio RENS. With their rugs, the duo continues to explore the endless possibilities of dyeing, mixing, and matching color tones. Large colored rectangles overlap and blend to create a shadow effect between different parts of the rug. Some color blocks appear almost raised above others, creating a three-dimensional effect. The main tones are coordinated with the transitional tones to produce a beautiful gradient effect. The vibrations of color generate an incredible energy that releases a sense of calm and well-being.
