Wood is a natural product; cracks and knots are intentional. The rustic structured surface features an old wood look, resembling wood that has been stored for 100 years. The cover color is dark brown. The wood is limed, sanded black, and varnished with clear varnish, making each bed unique in design. The unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage look with a slightly rustic structured surface.

Thermo spruce is used, which undergoes a specially developed process where the spruce wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives. This process makes the wood much harder and is 100% organic. The bed is available from size 140x200 cm with a center bar. Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered separately.

Abrasion resistance: Imitation leather: over 100,000 abrasion cycles; Textured fabric: 30,000 abrasion cycles. The bed is only suitable for slatted frames with a fixed frame.

The wood comes from sustainable cultivation, and we use solvent-free, water-based varnishes sourced from nearby sawmills in Bavaria. The bed features four adjustable depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm) and includes an upholstered headboard.
