The wood is a natural product, and cracks and knots are intentional. The cover color is dark brown, and the unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage look.

Unique design features include limed, sanded black wood that is varnished with a clear finish. We use a solvent-free, water-based varnish.

Support slats for the slatted frame measure 2.5 x 2.5 cm. Abrasion resistance is as follows: imitation leather > 100,000 abrasion cycles; textured fabric 30,000 abrasion cycles.

The wood is sourced from sustainable cultivation, coming only from nearby sawmills in Bavaria. The THERMO spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and significantly harder through the THERMO process.

This bed is suitable for rolling frames and slatted frames with fixed frames. Each bed is unique and includes support slats for roller grids.

Assembly instructions are easy to understand, and the bed is delivered disassembled for quick and easy self-assembly.
