The old wood look resembles wood that has been stored for 100 years. It features a modern skid base with a white matte lacquer finish. As wood is a natural product, cracks and knots are intentional, adding to its unique character. The feet are white, and the wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish. Each bed is unique with a slightly rustic structured surface. The unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage appearance.

The bed is made from thermo spruce, which undergoes a special process of steaming with high heat and simultaneous drying, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic. This process also makes the wood much harder.

Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered as accessories. The bed offers four adjustable bedding depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm) and is made from wood sourced from sustainable cultivation, exclusively from nearby sawmills in Bavaria.

We use solvent-free water-based varnish. The bed is available from size 140x200 with a middle bar and is of high quality, made in Germany.
