Wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish.
The unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage look.
We use solvent-free, water-based varnish.
Wood from sustainable cultivation, sourced from nearby sawmills in Bavaria.
Suitable for roll-up frames and slatted frames with a fixed frame.
Abrasion resistance: Imitation leather: >100,000 abrasion cycles; Textured fabric: 30,000 abrasion cycles.
Slatted frame support slats: 2.5 x 2.5 cm.
THERMO spruce: In a specially developed process, the spruce wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic. The wood becomes much harder through the THERMO process.
