The wood finish is spruce, and as a natural product, it features intentional cracks and knots. The modern skid base has a white matte lacquer finish, while the old wood look resembles wood that has been stored for 100 years.

The THERMO spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and significantly harder. The wood is sourced from surrounding sawmills in Bavaria and comes from sustainable cultivation.

We use solvent-free, water-based varnishes. Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered separately.
