The wood finish is spruce, and as a natural product, cracks and knots are intentional. It features a modern skid base with a matte black lacquer finish. The rustic surface structure gives it an old wood look, resembling wood that has been stored for 100 years.

We use solvent-free, water-based varnishes, and the wood comes only from nearby sawmills in Bavaria. The thermo spruce is processed through a specially developed method where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% biological. The wood becomes much harder through the thermo process.

The insertion depth can be adjusted four times (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm). The wood is sourced from sustainable cultivation. Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered as accessories.

This bed is available in size 140x200 with a middle bar, made in Germany from our own production. The feet are made of metal, ensuring high quality. The surface treatment is lacquered and brushed.

Included are easy-to-understand assembly instructions. This listing includes one solid wood bed, without slatted frame and mattress. Assembly is disassembled and easy for quick self-assembly.
