The wood finish is spruce with a modern skid base in a matte black lacquer finish. As wood is a natural product, cracks and knots are intentional, contributing to the old wood look that resembles wood stored for 100 years. The surface has a rustic structure, with black feet and a brown cover color, showcasing a unique design.

The wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish, giving it a vintage appearance. It has high abrasion resistance: imitation leather withstands over 100,000 abrasion cycles, while textured fabric withstands 30,000 abrasion cycles. The wood is sourced from sustainable cultivation.

Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered separately. The thermo spruce undergoes a specially developed process where it is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and much harder.

We use solvent-free, water-based varnishes. The bed is available in size 140x200 cm with a middle bar. The wood comes exclusively from nearby sawmills in Bavaria, ensuring each bed is unique.

It features four adjustable bed depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm) and includes a middle bar with a telescopic foot. The product is made in Germany and includes:

• 1 solid wood bed
• 1 headboard

Please note that the slatted frame and mattress are not included. Assembly is easy and quick, with clear instructions provided.
