The wood finish is spruce, with a modern skid base in a matte black lacquer finish. The rustic structured surface resembles wood that has been stored for 100 years, and as a natural product, it features deliberate cracks and knots. The feet and cover are both black, with the wood being limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish.

This unique design is enhanced by an unusual surface treatment that gives the wood a vintage look. The bed is available in size 140x200 cm with a middle bar, and the wood comes exclusively from nearby sawmills in Bavaria, sourced from sustainable cultivation. We use solvent-free, water-based varnishes.

The abrasion resistance is as follows: imitation leather > 100,000 abrasion cycles; textured fabric 30,000 abrasion cycles. Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered separately.

The THERMO spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and significantly harder.

Each bed is unique and features an upholstered headboard with four adjustable bed depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm). The cover material is 100% polyester, and the bed is made in Germany from high-quality materials, including metal feet.

Surface treatment includes lacquered and brushed finishes, with cover material in imitation leather. The bed comes with easy-to-understand assembly instructions, including one headboard and one solid wood bed, but does not include a slatted frame or mattress. Assembly is easy and quick, and the product is delivered disassembled.

Color options include spruce, black, and vintage.
