The wood finish is spruce with an old wood look that resembles wood stored for 100 years. As a natural product, the wood features intentional cracks and knots. The modern skid base is finished in white matte lacquer, with white feet and a dark brown cover color. Each bed is unique due to the unusual surface treatment that gives the wood its vintage appearance. The wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish, resulting in a slightly rustic structured surface.

The thermo spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and significantly harder. The wood is sourced from surrounding sawmills in Bavaria.

Abrasion resistance includes imitation leather with over 100,000 abrasion cycles and textured fabric with 30,000 abrasion cycles. The bed features four adjustable depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm), and matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered as accessories.

This product is made from sustainably sourced wood and uses solvent-free water-based varnishes. The upholstered headboard is available in size 140x200 cm with a middle bar, produced in Germany with high quality.

Surface treatment includes lacquered and brushed finishes. The bed comes with easy-to-understand assembly instructions and includes one upholstered headboard and one solid wood bed. Please note that the slatted frame and mattress are not included. Assembly is easy and quick, with the bed delivered disassembled.
