The wood finish is spruce, and as a natural product, it features intentional cracks and knots. The cover color is anthracite, and the old wood look resembles wood that has been stored for 100 years, with a rustic structured surface. The wood is sourced from sustainable cultivation and comes from nearby sawmills in Bavaria.

Abrasion resistance is as follows: imitation leather > 100,000 abrasion cycles; textured fabric 30,000 abrasion cycles. We use solvent-free water-based varnishes.

The thermo spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% biological. The wood becomes much harder through this process.

Matching support slats for slatted frames can be ordered separately. This bed is only suitable for slatted frames with a fixed frame.

The upholstered headboard has 4 adjustable depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm) and is made in Germany from high-quality materials in our own production.

Assembly is easy and quick with clear instructions. The package includes 1 solid wood bed and 1 headboard, but does not include the slatted frame and mattress. The bed is delivered disassembled.
