Planner for scheduling, project and personnel planning for a whole year (seminars, conferences, trade fairs, production processes, holidays, business trips, etc.). Prevents production bottlenecks and understaffing.

5-day week with 365-day division. Planning capacity for up to 60 persons/projects, magnetic, can be written on with dry-wipeable pens and wiped off again. Cost-saving: planner includes head rails for one-time purchase and can be used from year to year. Carrier board with anodised aluminium frame and modern, elegant mitre corners in a simple design. These comply with current work safety regulations and can also be hung on the wall rail.

For exact advance planning and coordination: with horizontal, magnetic head rail including imprinted month names and calendar (1-31). The names, departments, or projects are arranged vertically on enclosed, magnetic U-profiles with ferrocard labels (for planning board and index bar). With the help of the writable magnetoflex tapes, appointment periods can be placed and moved as required. The date slot makes the current daily planning easily recognizable.

Delivery includes movable date slot made of acrylic glass (marks the current day), movable index bar (to double the names, departments, or projects), extensive planning sets, and installation material.
