Cirque Pendant Light. A true mood-lifting light for all occasions: Clara von Zweigbergk maintains her playful spirit and designs colorful lights for the Danish brand Louis Poulsen – without appearing overly whimsical! The Danish designer was inspired by a trip to Tivoli in Copenhagen, where colorful balloons and cotton candy, delightful old carousels, and shimmering fortune wheels swirl cheerful colors into stripes. Louis Poulsen offers the unusual shape, reminiscent of a circus tent and a droplet, in three sizes: All lights are painted white on the inside, reflecting the light of a user-installed and possibly externally dimmable bulb, yet they seem to direct the light more or less straight down to illuminate a table, counter, reading, or work area. In short, with its carefree style, the Cirque Pendant Light transforms any kitchen or dining table into a popular gathering spot.
