Note
Some natural materials have a particularly high fiber density and may shed fluff in the first few weeks: This is normal as the rug sheds excess fibers. If possible, remove the fluff by hand. Do not use the brush function of the vacuum cleaner to avoid pulling out the fibers. Fluff shedding will naturally decrease over time.
• We recommend vacuuming the rug only occasionally in the first few months. After that, vacuum carefully and without a brush.
• Please blot stains immediately with a damp clean cloth.
