KooKoo Songbirds

An extraordinary and particularly beautiful way to measure time: At every full hour, the original song of one of 12 native songbirds sounds - from the blackbird to the nightingale to the oriole. At dusk, the birds go to "sleep in their nest": A built-in light sensor automatically turns off the sounds in darkness. The colorful and detailed illustrations on the dial are by renowned bird artists: Kilian Mullarney and Dan Zetterström. An informative accompanying brochure additionally describes the special features, songs, and habitats of the 12 depicted birds.
