Kartell Lantern

The Lantern LED battery table lamp is a portable light source that can easily be used as a floor lamp. Thanks to the unusual design, the owner can also set visual accents in the home or garden with this designer floor lamp. Kartell has brought with this designer ink lamp so an all-round well thought-out product on the market. This table lamp is made of the synthetic plastic PMMA, so that the weight of this floor lamp is kept within limits. The battery is charged with a charging station. The owner can use this designer table lamp completely independent of the power grid. From its shape, the floor lamp resembles an oriental lantern. Thanks to the wide range of colours, this piece can be chosen to perfectly complement the interior.

Fabio Novembre was born in 1966 in Lecce, Italy. After his school education he studied architecture in Milan. He then moved to New York in 1993 and on to Hong Kong. From there he designed various Anna Molinari shops in London and Singapore. Since 2001, however, he has specialised in designing furniture. Among others, he had worked for the companies Cappellini and Driade in this context. Among others, he had designed shops and showrooms, hotels and even discotheques. Fabio Novembre's interior design is stylistically oriented towards the 1920s and 1960s, but he also likes to take up Christian themes in his designs. As a rule, the pieces from the Italian's design studio are only produced in small quantities.
