The Aledin Tec Table Lamp

Since its founding, Kartell has aimed to create products with a distinctive identity. In the 1950s, Kartell conquered the furniture market with the then-revolutionary material plastic. The company was founded by Giulio Castelli, who had previously worked on developing plastic parts for the automotive industry.

A Stylish Table Lamp

The Aledin Tec desk lamp was designed by Alberto Meda in 2016 and is made from aluminum and polycarbonate. The table lamp has a diameter of 21 centimeters, with a length that ranges from 48 to 113 centimeters. To ensure that the lamp integrates harmoniously into home decor, it is available in several colors.

A Designer of Distinction

Alberto Meda studied mechanical engineering at the Polytechnic University of Milan and then served as Technical Director of Kartell for six years before becoming an independent industrial designer. Additionally, he has worked as a lecturer at various universities.
