The millet pillow from Erzstef is filled with millet hulls from controlled organic cultivation. Millet shell pillows are popular because they are a natural alternative to synthetic fillings such as polyester or foam. The shells are breathable, i.e. they can dissipate moisture and heat and thus provide a comfortable sleeping climate. In addition, due to their flexible nature, they can adapt to the shape of the head and neck and thus provide individual support. Millet shell pillows can also help with various complaints such as neck tension, headaches or allergies.
