This warranty does not affect statutory warranty claims, and the service is free of charge. To claim a warranty, the defective goods must be sent back, and the customer should provide the purchase receipt if possible. In the case of a valid complaint, the full purchase price and any costs incurred due to the defect will be refunded. There is no warranty for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of and incorrect care.
