In the case of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and your expenses related to the defect will be refunded in full. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A post-purchase guarantee on pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
