This guarantee does not affect statutory warranty claims, and the claim is free of charge. To make a guarantee claim, the defective goods must be sent back, and if possible, the proof of purchase (invoice) should be provided by the customer. In the case of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and your expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A subsequent purchase guarantee for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
