We grant a 5-year guarantee on all products labelled with our Erwin Müller brand on the material and workmanship of this product within the EU. The guarantee begins when the goods are delivered to the customer. The guarantee does not restrict the statutory warranty claims; the claim is free of charge. The prerequisite for the assertion of a warranty claim is the return of the defective goods and, if possible, the presentation of the proof of purchase (invoice) by the customer. In the event of a justified complaint, the purchase price paid and your defect-related expenses will be reimbursed in full. There is no guarantee for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or inadequate or incorrect care. A subsequent purchase guarantee on pans, pots and crockery is excluded.
