This guarantee does not limit the statutory warranty claims, and the use of the guarantee is free of charge. A prerequisite for claiming a guarantee is the return of the defective goods and, if possible, the presentation of the purchase receipt (invoice) by the customer. In the case of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and your expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A subsequent purchase guarantee for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
