The sustainable garden furniture cushions from the Nature series are made in six steps from recycled PET bottles.

Step 1: PET material is collected and sorted for the recycling process.

Step 2: In the next step, the PET material is thoroughly cleaned.

Step 3: It is then shredded into tiny pieces (flakes) and washed.

Step 4: The flakes are processed into granulate and then heated.

Step 5: From this, PET threads are drawn, which are spun, textured, and woven.

Step 6: In the final step, the rPET fabric is turned into a cover.

The Sunlounge Nature cushion, made in Europe, offers comfortable seating for both adults and children with its special filling and a cushion thickness of 6 cm. With the practical retention strap and the ties on the sides, the cushion can be easily and quickly secured to the chair, ensuring it stays in place without slipping. The cushion is crafted with a double-stitched seam. By forgoing additional details, the cushion shines with a modern and simple design.
