Melampo Lighting Series. A clever little hat for a smart head: Adrien Gardère designs a simply elegant light for the Italian brand Artemide that surprises despite its understated appearance. The fine shade made of silk satin can be adjusted in three positions, allowing the light to be directed in three preferred directions: classically with a wide cone pointing downwards, modernly inverted as an uplighter pointing upwards, or playfully tilted to the side. The latter position is particularly enjoyable at reading and workspaces, as the direct beam of light better illuminates the book or work surface. Melampo Floor Lamp.
