Founded in 1934 as the first manufacturer of gift wrap in Switzerland, it introduced the first visibility strip bag for packaging fresh bread in 1971 and the first metallic paper in 1984. In the 1990s, the product range was divided into different lines, including eco-friendly gift wrap and a dedicated design studio in Wolhusen, responding to economic and social trends. Today, the company prints around 40 million meters of gift wrap each year, has a special collection of napkins, and exports to over 40 countries worldwide.
