Heat application: The pillow can be easily heated in the oven or microwave within a few minutes as needed. It gradually and gently releases the temperature. Cold application: The pillow should be cooled in the freezer for about 20-60 minutes.

For frequent use, it is advisable to lightly sprinkle the pillow with water before heating. Cherry pit pillows are natural products with their own scent, which can enhance the positive effects of use. If you wish to wash your pillow, please ensure it is thoroughly dried immediately afterward.
