The Velcro fasteners, where the shoulder straps are attached, span the entire width of the back panel, ensuring your baby is truly "wrapped" all around. And the best part: you can adjust the straps individually even after putting your baby in, in case it wasn't tight enough the first time. If the headrest is not needed, it can be folded out to create a soft finish at the back of your baby's neck. Optimal weight distribution is achieved through a separate waist-hip belt and wide shoulder straps that cross at the back.
