Ardo Care Compresses are designed for breastfeeding mothers to provide natural care and support in the treatment of sore, irritated, or painful nipples. The gel on the fleece compress supports the natural regeneration of the skin, is moisturizing, and pleasantly cooling. Additionally, it soothes the skin and makes it supple. It is made from natural plant-based ingredients and is free from fragrances, preservatives, and microplastics.

Aqua, Pentylene Glycol, Xanthan Gum, Betaine, Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Anisate, Lactic Acid.
Instructions for use
- 1. wash your hands thoroughly with soap. - 2. place an Ardo Care compress with the gel side on the nipple. Place a normal nursing pad over it. - 3. leave the compress on the nipple until the next breastfeeding. The gel residue on the breast does not need to be wiped off before breastfeeding, it is harmless to the baby. - 4. after breastfeeding, apply a new breast compress. (For reasons of hygiene, the breast compresses may only be used once). - 5. apply breast compresses between each breastfeeding, at least twice a day.
