This is DP 2.1, thank you for pointing this out.

2.1 has a higher frame rate than 1.4. Probably the most significant change is the increased bandwidth that is possible. A maximum of 32.4 GB/s is possible with DisplayPort 1.4, but up to 48 GB/s with 2.1.
