does QuickCharge 3 work with this cable?
Unfortunately, the whole thing is not that simple. With the previously widespread Quick Charge 2.0 standard, this is theoretically up to 36 watts from 3 amps and 12 volts with USB Type C (with all other microUSB plugs, a maximum of 24 watts). The new version 3.0 even offers up to 100 watts - again, this depends on the connectors used. In other words, the new USB-C cables are supposed to produce up to 100 watts. The fact is, however, they only produce up to 60 W with A-C (due to the A plugs):
Club 3D USB 3.1 Type C -> Type A (A - C, 1m)
If you use a C-C cable, it supports up to 100W:
Club 3D USB 3.1 Type C Connector Cable (C - C, 0.80m)
The cable in question should certainly be a suitable accessory for a Quick Charger from Aukey.
