Can I use this cable to connect the MacBook Pro 2019 + Touchbar to a 4k monitor? I have already read that other cables in the same range do not work. How is it with this one?

It works flawlessly on my 2020 MacBook Pro 13-inch with Touchbar and macOS Catalina with my Asus PA329Q 4K.

With my 2018 MacBook Pro 13-inch with touchbar and macOS Big Sur beta, it works almost flawlessly -- the screen is ~10 pixels too far up. I'm not sure if it's Big Sur or cable or computer because I only tested it after Big Sur upgrade. Otherwise everything is perfect.

According to the specification, this is possible.
--> Resolution up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz

But I can't confirm this 100%, my 4x pieces connect 2K monitors and it runs tiptop.
